Description
This document is used to discipline a misbehaving Employee and informs the Employee that his/her behaviour is unacceptable to the Employer. The Employee is warned that his/her behaviour must improve or further disciplinary action will be taken against the Employee. It is valid and will form part of the Employee’s record for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
Ensure you have the following on hand before starting the process.
Checklist:
✓ Employee’s details (e.g. full name, ID number and address)
✓ Details of misconduct committed (i.e. date and information as to what the Employee did wrong – what transgression the Employee committed)
